TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promotion Dates: August 29th, 2026; September 5th, 2026; September 12th, 2026; September 19th, 2026; September 26th, 2026. (collectively, the Promotion Dates form the “Promotion Period”).

Legal: *Promotion available to residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older (must be 19 years of age or older in British Columbia), excluding employees of the Contest Sponsor and those with whom they are domiciled.  Woodbine Entertainment Group is the sponsor of this promotion (the “Contest Sponsor”). To be eligible for a chance to win a $1,000 deposit into their HPIbet account, participants must: 

• Opt in to the promotion at HPIbet.com/Promotions before wagering. 
• Have an active Full Access HPIbet account in compliance with the HPIbet Terms and Conditions. 
• Wager a minimum of $20 on a Promotion Date on Woodbine Mohawk Park Standardbred using their HPIbet account. 

Only wagers placed through a Full Access HPIbet account during the applicable promotion period are eligible. HPIbet Lite Cards and Cash Cards are not eligible. 

Participants will automatically earn one (1) ballot when they wager a minimum of $20 on Woodbine Mohawk Park Standardbred racing on a Promotion Date.   Each Promotion Date draw will be conducted on the following Monday.

Participants who wager a minimum of $20 on Woodbine Mohawk Park Standardbred racing on each Promotion Date will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Streak Bonus Draw.  The Streak Bonus Draw will be conducted on Monday, September 28, 2026.

No purchase is necessary to qualify for the draws.  Eligible HPIbet account holders can also earn an entry during each Promotion Day by writing an original 300-word letter on 11”x14” sized paper for each entry, sharing with us how much they love horse racing and including a story related to their experience with horse racing. 

Odds of winning the draw depend on the number of eligible entries. 

A random draw will be conducted by a representative of Woodbine Entertainment Group on the Monday following the conclusion of each Promotion Date; an additional random draw will be conducted by a representative of Woodbine Entertainment Group on Monday, September 28, 2026 for the Streak Bonus. Winners will be selected from all eligible ballots. 

Prize available for each Promotion Date draw:

• 1 x $1,000 Free Bets 

Prizes available for the Streak Bonus Draw:

• One (1) Streak Bonus Grand Prize of $2,500
• One (1) Streak Bonus Runner-Up Prize of $500 

Free Bet prizes will be deposited as promotional credits into the winners' HPIbet accounts. 

Selected winners will be contacted by telephone or email and must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited skill-testing question and submit a Confirmation of Acceptance of Prize and Release Form to the Contest Sponsor. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within 48 hours of being selected, declines the prize, fails to answer or answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, cannot claim the prize as presented, fails to return a Confirmation of Acceptance of Prize and Release Form as specified below, or is ineligible for the prize, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select another entrant or to cancel the contest. Should the Contest Sponsor elect to select another entrant, a new entrant will be drawn from the pool of ballots. This drawing process will continue until an eligible winner has been contacted and can accept the prize as presented. When contacted, the winning account holder must supply their correct account number, mailing address, and telephone number to the Contest Sponsor representative. Once these details are verified and the winner correctly answers the skill testing question and submits a Confirmation of Acceptance of Prize and Release Form, they will then receive their prize. The prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, exchanged, or transferred and must be accepted as is. The Contest Sponsor’s rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the contest and the awarding of prizes.

By entering the promotion, all participants agree to have their name or image appear in any publicity material (posters, newsletters, programs, etc.) and to be printed in any publication, without further notice or compensation. Woodbine Entertainment Group reserves the right to terminate, modify or alter this promotion at any time before or during the Promotion Period. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By participating in this promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules & Regulations and the decisions of the Contest Sponsor, which are final.By participating in this promotion entrants waive all recourse against Woodbine Entertainment Group and its affiliates and each of their directors, officers and employees, relating to entrant’s participation in the promotion, and in the case of the winner, acceptance or use of the prize, including if the prize (or a component thereof) does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by the Contest Sponsor. The Contest Sponsor takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this promotion. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned.

Entrants must comply with these Rules & Regulations and will be deemed to have received and understood the Rules & Regulations by participating in the promotion. The Contest Sponsor may amend or modify these Rules and Regulations at its sole discretion at any time prior to the distribution of prizing. Any disagreements or disputes arising out of this promotion will be resolved by the Contest Sponsor at its sole and absolute discretion.

By participating in this promotion entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor and its directors, officers and employees from any liability in connection with this promotion or, if declared a winner, the prize. No communications will be entered into except with selected entrants unless otherwise permitted.

By entering this promotion, entrants give permission for Contest Sponsor to contact them via email or telephone in the event they are selected as a winner.  No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide Woodbine Entertainment Group with explicit permission to do so.

In order to qualify, the account-holder must opt in on HPIbet and then wager $40 or more on Century Downs racing on August 29, 2026, with their full access HPIbet account. Once qualified, all eligible wagers on the Century Downs racing card during the Promotion Period will be eligible for 3% back in promo credits. Promo credits will not be earned on minimum payouts. Negative break wagering will not be included in totals. The maximum promo credits that can be earned is $100 over the course of the Promotion Period. Promo credits will be deposited automatically into qualifying accounts within 3-5 business days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period. 

The 3% cash back in promo credits will only be applied to eligible wagering the HPIbet account holder does that is above wagering threshold on the day of the Promotion Period. If the HPIbet account holder does not wager $40 or more on during the Promotion Period, their wagering will not be eligible for promo credits.

Promotion is available to non-account holders only and cannot be given to a member that had previously had an account within the last 18 months. Only one (1) account per household is eligible for this promotion.

Eligible new account signups have 30 days to wager $100 on any product from the date of opening the account (the “Eligible Period”). Once this betting requirement is met, the account will receive a $100 in promo credits after the 30 days Eligible Period has ended. If the betting requirement is met outside of the 30 day period, the account is not eligible for the $100 promo credits. Negative break wagering will be excluded from total. Promo Credit deposit will be made into eligible accounts within 3-5 business days after the end of the Eligible Period. The deposit amount cannot be withdrawn from the account and must be used for wagering purposes.
