This promotion is sponsored by WEG. A random draw by a representative of WEG from all eligible entries will be conducted within 5 business days of the conclusion of the promotion. The draw will be made from the total pool of ballots, including multiple ballots earned by a single account. There will only be one (1) winner selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be contacted by telephone or email and must answer a time-limited skill-testing question and submit a Confirmation of Acceptance of Prize and Release Form. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours of being selected, fails to answer or answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, cannot claim the prize as presented or fails to return a Confirmation of Acceptance of Prize and Release Form, a new winner will be drawn from the pool of ballots. This drawing process will continue until an eligible winner has been contacted and can accept the prize as presented. When contacted, the winning account holder must supply their correct account number, mailing address and telephone number to the WEG representative. Once these details are verified and the winner correctly answers the skill testing question and submits a Confirmation of Acceptance of Prize and Release Form, they will then receive their prize. The 250,000 points prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, exchanged, or transferred. The prize is not convertible to cash.

By entering the promotion, all participants agree to abide by these promotion rules and all decisions of WEG, which are final. All participants agree to have their name or image appear in any publicity material (posters, newsletters, programs, etc.) and to be printed in any publication, without further notice or compensation.

WEG reserves the right to cancel, modify or alter this promotion at any time before or during the Promotion Period. Entry and all aspects of this promotion are subject to federal, provincial and local regulations. By participating in this promotion entrants waive all recourse against Woodbine Entertainment Group and its affiliates and each of their directors, officers and employees, relating to entrant’s participation in the promotion, and in the case of the winner, acceptance or use of the prize, including if the prize (or a component thereof) does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.
