In order to qualify, the account-holder must opt in on HPIbet.com and then must make a wager on the Late Pick 4 on the above dates, with their full access HPIbet account. Once qualified, all eligible winning Pick 4 wagers per day on the Late Pick 4 during the Promotion Period will be eligible for a share of the total prize pool of $1,000 divided by the total number of winning account holders. If there is one winner, the account holder will win the entire $1,000 prize. If there are 10 account holders with winning Late Pick 4 tickets, each will receive $100 and so forth. Each HPIbet member may only win one (1) share of the $1,000 prize per day, regardless of the amount of winning tickets played in the Pick 4. The maximum free bets that can be earned is $6,000 over the course of the Promotion Period. Free bets will be deposited automatically into qualifying accounts as promo credits within 3-5 business days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period. If there are no HPIbet account holders with a winning Late Pick 4, the prize pool will be added to the following week's offer.

Entrants must wager with a full access HPIbet account, in full compliance with the HPIbet Terms and Conditions, to be eligible for this promotion. Only account wagering on Red Shores Charlottetown & Summerside on October 6, 13, 20, 27 2026 (the "Promotion Period"), is eligible for 5x rewards points. Cash cards and HPIbet Lite cards are not eligible. In order to qualify for 5x rewards points, the HPIbet account holder must opt into the promotion on HPIbet.com prior to wagering and wager $25 or more on Red Shores Charlottetown racing using their HPIbet account during the Promotion Period. Wagering can be done on-track, online, by phone or at any OTB location in Ontario. Once the qualification criteria are met for each day, all eligible wagering on that day during the Promotion Period will be eligible to earn 5x the points.
Point payout is determined by multiplying the points rate the account would otherwise earn on wagering on Woodbine by 5x. For example, at 1.5 point/dollar, $25 wagered would earn (1.5 points x $25 wagered x 5) = 187.5 total points payout. Maximum bonus points that can be earned in total, is 146,284 per account holder during the Promotion Period. Points deposits will be made in two separate deposits; the first being the regular points earned (1.5 points x 1 = 1.5 points per dollar), and the second deposit consisting of the balance of bonus points earned through the Promotion Period (1.5 points x 5 = 7.5 points per dollar). Full balance of points earned will be deposited within 3-5 business days after the conclusion of the promotion. Minimum payouts do not earn any points.

Eligible new account signups have 30 days to wager $100 on any product from the date of opening the account (the “Eligible Period”). Once this betting requirement is met, the account will receive a $100 in promo credits after the 30 days Eligible Period has ended. If the betting requirement is met outside of the 30 day period, the account is not eligible for the $100 promo credits. Negative break wagering will be excluded from total.
