*Promotion available to residents of Ontario, Nova Scotia (Truro), New Brunswick, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island (Charlottetown) and Quebec who are 18 years of age or older and residents of British Columbia who are 19 years of age or older and excluding employees of Woodbine Entertainment Group and those with whom they are domiciled. Entrants must wager with a full access HPIbet account, in full compliance with the HPIbet Terms and Conditions, to be eligible for this promotion. Only account wagering on August 14, 15, 16, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"), is eligible for 5X rewards points. Cash cards and HPIbet Lite cards are not eligible. In order to qualify for 5X rewards points, the HPIbet account holder must opt into the promotion on HPIbet.com prior to wagering and wager $50 or more per day on Woodbine Thoroughbred racing using their HPIbet account during the Promotion Period. Wagering can be done on-track, online or at any OTB location in Ontario. Once the qualification criteria are met for each day, all eligible wagering on that day during the Promotion Period will be eligible to earn 5x the points.

Point payout is determined by multiplying the points rate the account would otherwise earn on wagering on Woodbine by 5. For example, at 1.5 point/dollar, $50 wagered would earn (1.5 points x $50 wagered x 5) = 375 total points payout. Maximum bonus points that can be earned in total, is 146,284 per account holder during the Promotion Period. Points deposits will be made in two separate deposits; the first being the regular points earned (1.5 points x 1 = 1.5 points per dollar), and the second deposit consisting of the balance of bonus points earned through the Promotion Period (1.5 points x 5 = 7.5 points per dollar). Full balance of points earned will be deposited within 3-5 business days after the conclusion of the promotion. Minimum payouts do not earn any points.

Woodbine Entertainment Group reserves the right to cancel, terminate, postpone, modify or alter this promotion at any time before or during the Promotion Period. Entry into and all aspects of this promotion are subject to federal, provincial and local regulations. By participating in this promotion entrants waive all recourse against Woodbine Entertainment Group and its affiliates and each of its directors, officers and employees, relating to the account holder’s participation in the promotion. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be contacted by telephone or email and must answer a time-limited skill-testing question. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours of being selected, fails to answer or answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, or cannot claim the prize as presented, a new winner will be drawn from the pool of ballots. This drawing process will continue until an eligible winner has been contacted and can accept the prize as presented. When contacted, the winning account holder must supply their correct account number, mailing address and telephone number to the HPIbet representative. Once these details are verified and the winner correctly answers the skill testing question, they will then receive their prize. The promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on Monday, August 10, 2026, and closes at 11:59 p.m. ET on Saturday, August 15, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Woodbine Entertainment Group is the sponsor of this promotion (the “Contest Sponsor”).

No purchase is necessary to participate.

The promotion is open only to new HPIBet members who are legal residents of Ontario and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Participants may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification to verify their age, residency, and eligibility.

Employees of the Contest Sponsor and those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to participate.

ENTRY & ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the promotion, participants must:

GRAND PRIZE DRAW & AWARD

Following the close of the Promotion Period, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw on Monday, August 17, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the information associated with their HPIBet account.

The HPIbet Promotional Betting Credits:

Cannot be redeemed or withdrawn as cash;
Must be used for wagering through HPIBet;
Are subject to all applicable HPIBet Promotional Credit Terms and Conditions; and
Will be deposited into the winner’s HPIBet account within five (5) to seven (7) business days following successful verification of the winner’s HPIBet account and eligibility.

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and submit a Confirmation of Acceptance of Prize and Release Form to the Contest Sponsor.

ODDS OF WINNING

By participating in the promotion, entrants consent to the Contest Sponsor using their name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, video image, and participation in the promotion for publicity, promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Contest Sponsor shall not be liable if the selected winner is unable to accept or use the prize.

By participating in the promotion, entrants release and hold harmless and waive all recourse against the Contest Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including if the prize (or a component thereof) does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.

The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, system errors, interrupted communications, or any other circumstances that may prevent an eligible entry from being received or processed.

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting the selected entrant, and fulfilling prizes. By entering this promotion, entrants give permission for Contest Sponsor to contact them via email or telephone in the event they are selected as a winner.
