 *Promotion available to residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older and excluding employees of WEG and those with whom they are domiciled. Entrants must opt in for the promotion on HPIbet.com prior to wagering, and must wager with a full access HPIbet account, in full compliance with the HPIbet Terms and Conditions, to be eligible for entry into the draw. Only account wagering using a full access HPIbet account for promotion periods, January 5th - January 11th, January 12th - January 18th, January 19th - January 25th, January 26th - February 1st, (Promotion Periods) will be eligible. Cash Cards are not eligible. To enter, the account holder must opt in to the promotion on HPIbet.com/promotions and wager a minimum of $20 per day during each Promotion Period with their HPIbet account. The account holder will earn one (1) ballot per day when they wager a minimum of $20. Maximum amount of ballots per promotion period is 7.

Additional HPIbet app bonus draw will be conducted each week for $100 in free bets and an Apple iPad. To be eligible for the Draw, players must download the HPIbet app during the promotional period or have previously downloaded the app. Limit one (1) entry per person. 

The Draw will also be conducted 3-5 business days after each promo period from among all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

A random draw by a representative of Woodbine Entertainment Group from all eligible entries will be conducted within 3-5 business day of the conclusion of the each promotion period. The draw will be made from the total pool of ballots, including multiple ballots earned by a single account. There will be 11 total winners, 1 Grand Prize winner ($1,000) and 10 secondary prize winners ($50). Plus, 1 winner of $100 free bets and Apple iPad for HPIbet app bonus draw. The free bet prizes will be deposited as promo credits to the winning players' account. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be contacted by telephone or email and must answer a time-limited skill-testing question. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours of being selected, fails to answer or answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, or cannot claim the prize as presented, a new winner will be drawn from the pool of ballots. This drawing process will continue until an eligible winner has been contacted and can accept the prize as presented. When contacted, the winning account holder must supply their correct account number, mailing address and telephone number to the HPIbet representative. Once these details are verified and the winner correctly answers the skill testing question, they will then receive their prize. The free bet prizes (promo credits) must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, exchanged, or transferred and must be accepted as is. 

By entering the promotion, all participants agree to have their name or image appear in any publicity material (posters, newsletters, programs, etc.) and to be printed in any publication, without further notice or compensation. Woodbine Entertainment Group reserves the right to terminate, modify or alter this promotion at any time before or during the Promotion Period. Participants must wager with their full access HPIbet account to be eligible. HPIbet Lite Cards are not eligible. Not open to employees of Woodbine Entertainment Group (“WEG”) or those with whom such employees are domiciled. Only account wagering on Red Shores Charlottetown racing on January 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"), is eligible for promo credits. Promo credits earned during the promotion period will be deposited into qualifying accounts. 

In order to qualify, the account-holder must opt in on HPIbet and then wager $25 or more on Red Shores Charlottetown racing on January 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, 2026, with their full access HPIbet account. Once qualified, all eligible wagers on the Red Shores Charlottetown racing card during the Promotion Period will be eligible for 3% back in promo credits. Promo credits will not be earned on minimum payouts. Negative break wagering will not be included in totals. The maximum promo credits that can be earned is $25 over the course of the Promotion Period. Promo credits will be deposited automatically into qualifying accounts within 3-5 business days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period. 

The 3% cash back in promo credits will only be applied to eligible wagering the HPIbet account holder does that is above wagering threshold on the day of the Promotion Period. If the HPIbet account holder does not wager $25 or more on during the Promotion Period, their wagering will not be eligible for promo credits.  

Woodbine Entertainment Group reserves the right to cancel, terminate, postpone, modify or alter this promotion at any time before or during the Promotion Period. Entry into and all aspects of this promotion are subject to federal, provincial and local regulations. By participating in this promotion entrants waive all recourse against Woodbine Entertainment Group and its affiliates and each of its directors, officers and employees, relating to the account holder’s participation in the promotion. Any disagreements or disputes arising out of this promotion will be determined by Woodbine Entertainment Group at its sole and absolute discretion.
