Q. What is the Prestige by HPIbet Loyalty Program about?
A. Prestige by HPIbet is a reward program personalized for HPIbet customers. Intended for experienced horseplayers, it has been designed to reflect the unique ways in which they like to be treated and rewarded. Prestige by HPIbet offers customized services, including a personal Account Manager to enhance the horse racing experience.
Q. Why are we launching this new program?
A. HPIbet offers a variety of rewards and benefits for our loyal horseplayers, and we want our customers to be aware of the many advantages available to them. HPIbet is the only wagering site that can reward players for pari-mutuel wagering in Ontario.
ELIGIBILITY AND TIER LEVEL
Q. How do you qualify for the Prestige by HPIbet program?
A. Prestige Levels are based on the total value of eligible bets placed between April 1 to March 31 of the preceding year. Tiers will be applied on April 1 and expire on March 31. Players must reside in Ontario and have an account in full compliance with the HPIbet Terms and Conditions to be eligible for this program.
Q. Why is the Prestige by HPIbet program not available outside Ontario?
A. Prestige by HPIbet is closely aligned to horse racing in Ontario and our mandate to reinvest in the industry in this province. The program rewards and benefits are geared to players residing and wagering in Ontario.
Q. How does a player know which tier they are in?
A. When a horseplayer logs in to their HPIbet account they will be able to see their current tier status and the rewards and benefits they may be entitled to receive. Customers may also reach out directly to their Account Manager or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.

A horseplayer can track their progress toward the next tier through their HPIbet account under the Prestige link.
Q. How much does a horseplayer have to spend to become a Prestige member?
A. There is no exact amount that needs to be spent to become a member of the Prestige by HPIbet program. Rather, Prestige tiers are based on the total amount of bets placed within the tier year (= Eligible Wagering). If a player places a bet and wins, all additional wagering, whether from a player deposit or previous winnings, will be included to determine their tier status.
Q. Will a player get a new Prestige card if their tier level increases during the year?
A. Yes! If a horseplayer’s tier increases during the year they will be contacted by their Account Manager or through a message to their HPIbet account to activate their new benefits and receive their new Prestige card.
Q. If a player wants more rewards must they wager/bet more?
A. We encourage players to wager within their comfort level only. As a corporate mandate, we strive to provide a positive gaming experience to all our players. The Prestige by HPIbet tiers are designed to reward players based on their play.
PRESTIGE BY HPIBET CARDS
Q. Do players need a Prestige card?
A. Yes. Prestige cards allow horseplayers to access benefits and rewards, from free programs to dining rewards and more!
Q. Why must Prestige players show their Prestige card to redeem rewards?
A. Woodbine team members will need to input the player’s account number, located on the back of the Prestige card, in order to assign the appropriate level of reward.
Q. Will Prestige by HPIbet cards also work as HPIbet Wagering Account Cards?
A. No. Prestige cards will only allow players to access and redeem Prestige benefits. Players will still need to utilize their HPIbet card to ensure their wagering is tracked when using wagering machines.
Q. How do players use these cards to purchase F&B, Programs, etc.?
A. Players present their cards to the team members at payment.
Q. Can players use the card at any Woodbine location?
A. Prestige by HPIbet cards are redeemable for rewards at Woodbine Racetrack, Woodbine Mohawk Park, Greenwood and WEGZ Stadium Bar.
Teletheater (Champions) players should speak with their Account Manager for assistance in accessing dining rewards at locations that do not currently accept Prestige cards.

Q. What are the benefits of being a Prestige by HPIbet member?
Q. How can I see the rewards that are available to me?
A. Players can see the rewards they have access to based on their tier level by logging into their HPIbet account and selecting the Prestige link.
Q. How do players participate in Prestige by HPIbet member-only events or promotions?
A. The player’s Account Manager will reach out to directly or through their HPIbet inbox when they are eligible for Prestige events and promotions. Instructions will be provided in the offer details and may require a player to opt-in to receive.
Q. A lot of rewards require the player to come to the track, does Prestige have anything for people who cannot visit the track?
A. We understand not everyone is able to visit our tracks regularly, even though we’d really like to see you there! For rewards not accessible online, we are happy to help plan a special visit to maximize your rewards.

ACCOUNT MANAGER AND CONSENT TO CONTACT
Q. If a player has an issue with their Prestige by HPIbet account, who do they contact?
A. Their personal Account Manager is there for anything a horseplayer needs and will assist them with any issues or concerns regarding their account.
Q. Is the HPI Support Center still accessible for Prestige members?
A. Yes, and the Support Center works closely with each Account Manager to ensure you have an attentive contact. YOU are our most important caller.
Q. If a player provides their phone number to their Account Manager to receive offers and promotions, can it be used by anyone else at HPIbet or Woodbine Entertainment for promotions?
A. No. Consenting to receiving information about promotions from the player’s Account Manager is just that. Offers and promotions will come only from your Prestige Account Manager and will reflect the player’s status within the Prestige by HPIbet program.
Q. If a player consents to contact from their Account Manager, will they receive a lot of mass marketing emails?
A. No. Their content will be curated by their Prestige by HPIbet Account Manager. The Account Manager will ensure they only contact the player with offers and events that will be of interest to them.
